Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. spaghetti, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/4 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese, 1 c. sour cream and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Break spaghetti in half.
Cook and drain.
While still warm, combine spaghetti with eggs and Parmesan cheese.
Pour into well-greased deep dish pie pan.
Spoon sour cream over spaghetti. Cook ground beef; drain.
Add tomato paste, salt and water; simmer 10 minutes.
Spoon ground beef on top of sour cream.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Add Mozzarella cheese, then return to oven until cheese melts.
