Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 oz. spaghetti, 2 tbsp. margarine, 2 eggs, 1/3 c. parmesan cheese and 1 large jar prego, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Fry ground beef and drain oil off.
Cook spaghetti and drain. Toss spaghetti in margarine.
Beat eggs and mix in Parmesan cheese. Mix with spaghetti.
Put spaghetti into 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti.
Pour Prego and spices into ground beef and simmer.
Pour sauce and meat mixture over cottage cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Add Mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
