Spaghetti Naturele is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. whole wheat spaghetti, 2 medium zucchini, shredded, 1 c. bean sprouts, 2 tbsp. chopped scallions and 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook spaghetti as instructed on package.
Just before draining pasta, add vegetables; drain immediately.
In medium pan, heat sauce.
Place spaghetti and vegetables on large platter.
Pour on sauce and add cheese; toss well.
