Spaghetti Chicken Casserole
Spaghetti Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vermicelli spaghetti, 1 whole chicken (fryer), 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, 1 can english peas (optional) and 1/2 lb. american cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil fryer in seasoned water and save broth.
Remove chicken from bone.
Cook spaghetti in broth; drain.
Grate cheese and add spaghetti.
Saute bell pepper and onion in butter and add to spaghetti.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, peas and chicken.
Mix well and pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
