Spaghetti Chicken Casserole
Spaghetti Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vermicelli spaghetti, 1 whole chicken (fryer), 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, 1 can english peas (optional) and 1/2 lb. american cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Boil fryer in seasoned water and save broth.
Remove chicken from bone.
Cook spaghetti in broth; drain.
Grate cheese and add spaghetti.
Saute bell pepper and onion in butter and add to spaghetti.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, peas and chicken.
Mix well and pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
