Spaghetti Casserole
Spaghetti Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, 8 oz. cheese, shredded, 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 lb. bulk sausage and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Drain.
Place in buttered pan (10 x 12-inch is best).
Cook ground beef, sausage, onion and garlic until meat is done.
Drain.
Stir in tomato sauce, catsup, Worcestershire, basil and salt.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Cover spaghetti with cheese; cover with meat sauce.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Freezes well.
