Spaghetti Casserole
Spaghetti Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti, cooked and buttered, 2 lb. ground meat, salt and pepper, 1 small can tomato sauce and 16 oz. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Brown the ground meat. Add the salt and pepper.
Add 1 small can tomato sauce.
Mix with mixer the cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream.
Add the green onions and green pepper.
In a rectangular Pyrex dish, layer the buttered spaghetti, cream cheese mixture, meat and spread 1 small can tomato sauce on top. Refrigerate 24 hours.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
