Spaghetti Casserole
Spaghetti Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 2 sticks margarine, 1/2 c. onion, 1 large can tomato sauce or 1 medium jar prego or ragu and 1 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Saute onion in 1 stick of margarine and 1 pound ground beef. Cook tomato sauce or Prego or Ragu, garlic power and sugar.
If too thick, may add a little water.
Cook spaghetti; drain.
Mix 1 stick of margarine and sour cream.
Layer spaghetti and sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on each layer.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese melts.
