Spaghetti Casserole
Spaghetti Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. spaghetti, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 green pepper, chopped and 1/2 c. (1 small can) mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt shortening with salt and sugar.
Add onions, green pepper and mushrooms.
Brown lightly, add meat and brown until crumbly. Add to cooked spaghetti.
Add soup and tomatoes.
Mix gently and bake in buttered dish 1/2 hour at 350Β°.
Serve with cheese.
(If some is left over, I add small can of tomato sauce when reheating.)
