Spaghetti Casserole
Spaghetti Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. onion, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain; add butter, mushroom soup, tomatoes, water and garlic powder; set aside.
Cook 1/2 pound spaghetti, drain and put in bottom of casserole dish (9 x 13-inch).
Add beef mixture and top with grated cheese.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
This freezes well and may be made in two containers.
Serve one, freeze one.
