Spaghetti Casserole
Spaghetti Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. spaghetti, cook in water until done and drain, 1/4 lb. butter, 2 beaten eggs, 2 lb. fried ground chuck or sausage and 1 qt. ragu sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook spaghetti; then add butter and eggs.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread on ground chuck or sausage.
Pour over top the Ragu sauce and even out.
Top with slices of Mozzarella cheese.
Put in oven 20 minutes or until it is heated through at 350Β°.
May be made a day ahead if preferred.
