Spaghetti Carbonara
Spaghetti Carbonara is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and salted, 1 egg, beaten, 2 tsp. butter, 6 to 7 tsp. parmesan cheese and 6 to 8 slices cooked and crumbled bacon or bacon bits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Place fish in baking dish (if skin is on it, put skin side down in dish).
Sprinkle fish lightly with black pepper, garlic salt, dill weed and Italian bread crumbs.
Slice butter on top (about 4 teaspoons).
Put in middle oven and broil.
Don't turn fish.
Broil 2 to 3 minutes for scallops and sole.
Broil 5 to 7 minutes for perch, cod and haddock.
