Spaghetti Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and well drained, 2 eggs, well beaten, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated and 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix first 4 ingredients and place in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch buttered pan.
Cook meat, onion and bell pepper until meat browns and vegetables are tender.
Add the spaghetti sauce and mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
