Spaghetti
Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck (ground turkey or ground venison make good sauce), 2 (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 large green pepper, chopped and 2 small cans mushroom slices or pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown ground chuck and drain well.
In a separate pan, saute onion; add green pepper, followed by sliced mushrooms.
In a large saucepan, combine stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic and oregano.
To sauce, add drained beef, onions, peppers and mushrooms.
Stir well and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
Serve with pasta and garlic bread.
