Spaetzle
Spaetzle is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 3/4 c. flour, 1/3 c. water and 1/2 tsp. salt (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat egg well.
Add flour, water and salt, stirring to a stiff, smooth batter.
Drop batter from tip of spoon, 1/2 teaspoon at a time, into boiling water.
Cook until spaetzle comes to surface.
Remove with slotted spoon.
