Soy-Marinated Chicken
Soy-Marinated Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 clove garlic, peeled, 1 (1 1/2-inch) piece ginger root, peeled, 1/4 c. parsley leaves, 1 medium onion and 1 c. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mince garlic, ginger, parsley and onion.
Place in large plastic container.
Stir in the soy sauce, chicken broth, sugar, vinegar, sherry and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Add chicken breasts and turn to coat in marinade.
Cover and refrigerate, turning once, overnight or up to 24 hours.
Remove chicken and pat dry.
Place chicken on hot grill.
Cover and cook (basting occasionally with marinade) for approximately 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
