Southwest Beef Rolls
Southwest Beef Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. cornbread stuffing mix, 4 thin 4 oz. steaks, 14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes, 4 oz. can green chilies, drained, rinsed and chopped and 1 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Moisten stuffing with 3 tablespoons hot water.
Spread stuffing onto top of each steak.
Roll up; fasten each with toothpick.
Brown in nonstick skillet over medium heat about 6 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and 1/4 cup water.
Bring to boil.
Lower heat; simmer 20 to 30 minutes until tender.
