Southern Spiced Pecans
Southern Spiced Pecans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin, 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, 3 c. pecan halves and 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add cumin and cayenne pepper. Cook and stir for one minute.
Remove from heat; stir in pecans, sugar and salt until well coated.
Spread in single layer in a greased baking dish (13 x 10).
Bake at 300Β° for 25 to 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Store in airtight container.
