Southern Pie
Southern Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. grape-nuts, 1/2 c. warm water, 3 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 c. dark corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine Grape-Nuts and water; let stand until water is absorbed.
Beat eggs well.
Add sugar, corn syrup, salt, vanilla and melted butter.
Fold in the softened Grape-Nuts.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes or until filling is puffed completely across the top.
