Southern Fried Squash
Southern Fried Squash is an easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 small tender yellow squash, sliced in 1/4-inch pieces, 1 to 1 1/2 c. flour, salt and pepper to taste and 1 to 1 1/2 c. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place flour in a plastic bag and add seasonings to taste. Heat oil in skillet.
Place squash in bag and shake until each pieces is coated with flour.
Place pieces individually into hot grease (should sizzle).
Cook until brown around edges.
Turn each piece over and cook until brown.
Drain on paper towels.
