Southern Corn Dressing
Southern Corn Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. corn bread, crumbled, 2 to 3 eggs, 2 to 2 1/2 c. day old bread, crumbled, 4 to 5 c. chicken stock and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Mix bread, eggs and other ingredients well.
Should be consistency of cake batter or thick soup or it will cook up too dry.
Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake about 40 minutes.
