Sourdough Bread
Sourdough Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sourdough starter, 1/3 c. milk, 1 or 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. melted shortening and 1 heaping tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix all ingredients.
Mix well.
Knead a few times in the bowl and then put in greased pan or make rolls.
(Also put rolls in greased pan.)
Let rise 20 to 30 minutes.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in 425Β° oven.
