Sourdough Bread
Sourdough Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/8 c. sugar, 1/2 c. corn oil, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. sourdough starter and 1 1/2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix ingredients; grease another bowl.
Put dough in, cover with foil and let stand overnight (do not refrigerate).
Next morning, knead a little.
Divide into 3 equal parts.
Put into greased pans and brush with oil.
Let rise 4 to 5 hours.
Keep covered with waxed paper.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from pans, brush with butter.
Cool on rack.
Wrap well and store.
Bread may be frozen.
