Sour Cream Pound Cake
Sour Cream Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 butter recipe yellow cake mix, 4 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. wesson oil and 1/2 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Blend the first 4 ingredients until smooth.
Fold in sour cream.
Pour 1/2 batter into greased and sugared Bundt pan. Grease well with oleo and shake sugar like you would when you flour a pan; it will stick on.
Sprinkle mixture of cinnamon and sugar on top of batter, then pour remaining batter.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
Let cool 15 minutes or so before removing from pan.
