Sour Cream Lemon Pie
Sour Cream Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tbsp. grated lemon rind, 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice and 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine sugar, cornstarch, lemon rind, juice, egg yolks and milk in heavy saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Stir in butter and cool mixture to room temperature.
Stir in sour cream and pour into pie shell.
Cover with whipped cream and garnish with lemon twists.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Do not substitute ingredients.
No Cool Whip please.
