Sour Cream Chocolate Mint Cookies
Sour Cream Chocolate Mint Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 3 eggs and 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate mint chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cream butter, sugar and eggs together.
Add vanilla, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Alternate sour cream and flour to first mixture.
Add nuts and mint chips.
Chill dough. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.

For a change, divide dough in half and add 1/2 cup coconut.
