Souper Stroganoff
Souper Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in bite-size pieces, 1/4 c. flour, dash of pepper, 1/4 c. butter and 1 c. drained mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dust meat in flour and pepper.
Brown in melted butter. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic.
When meat is browned, stir in soup. Cover and cook 1 hour.
Stir in sour cream and heat 5 minutes. Serve over noodles.
