Souper Oven Stew

Heat oven to 325°.
In a 3-quart casserole, combine meat, potatoes, carrots, onion, salt, pepper and soup.
Add enough water to reserved bean liquid to equal 1 cup. Add to mixture.
Mix well. Bake, covered, at 325° for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Stir in beans during the last 30 minutes.
