Souffled Broccoli
Souffled Broccoli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 bunches broccoli, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 c. sliced onions, 2 tsp. lemon juice and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
👨🍳 Instructions
Trim and separate broccoli.
Cook in small amount of boiling, salted water for 10 minutes.
Melt butter and cook onions until soft.
Cut broccoli into chunks and purée with onions.
Put in bowl and blend in lemon juice, salt and 3/4 of cheese.
Fold in egg.
Spoon into buttered dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
