Sorghum Cookies
Sorghum Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. white sugar, 14 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 2 c. oleo or shortening and 2 c. sorghum, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt.
Cut in oleo.
Make a well and add sorghum, then hot water mixed with soda.
Add eggs and chips and mix well.
Form dough in long 1-inch thick rolls on cookie sheet.
Brush with beaten egg.
Bake at 375Β°.
When done baking, cut and put out to cool.
