Sonora Shrimp
Sonora Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 medium green pepper, coarsely chopped, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 1 (14 oz.) can peeled tomatoes, cut up (undrained), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large heavy skillet, melt margarine and saute bell pepper, onion and celery.
Add remaining ingredients except shrimp; blend well.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add shrimp and cook 10 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Serve over hot fluffy rice.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
