Sombrero Dip
Sombrero Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. lean ground meat, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. hot catsup or picante sauce, 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook ground meat and 1/4 cup chopped onion over medium heat until brown.
Add catsup, chili powder and salt.
When mixture is heated through, reduce heat to low.
Garnish top in thirds with grated cheese, sliced olives and 1/4 cup chopped onion.
Serve hot with corn chips.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
