Sole for Four
Sole For Four is an easy dinner. Made with 4 fresh sole fillets, 4 tbsp. butter, 4 tbsp. frozen orange concentrate, 4 green onions and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 450Β°.
Lay 4 pieces of foil, each 10 inches long, on counter shiny-side up.
Place one fillet in center of each.
Place 1 teaspoon butter, 1 tablespoon orange concentrate and chopped green onion on each.
Wrap and seal.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
The extra juice makes a nice sauce. Serve with rice and mandarin orange salad.
