Soft Rolls
Soft Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. 110~ lukewarm water, 3/4 oz. dry yeast, 4 oz. margarine, 1/2 c. sugar (granulated) and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Active yeast (mix with water).
Melt margarine.
Add all other ingredients together with yeast and margarine in mixing bowl with dough hook attachment.
Mix until dough comes off the bowl.
Next proof dough until double in size.
Punch down; separate into 2 ounce balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet and proof for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350Β°.
Brush with margarine and serve.
