Soft Pizzelles
Soft Pizzelles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. pure anise oil, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat eggs well.
Add sugar gradually.
Add oil, anise oil and vanilla and mix.
Add flour, soda and powder; mix until smooth.
If dough is too runny, add a little more flour.
Bake in pizzelle iron 30 to 35 seconds.
