Soft Molasses Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. molasses (lite kind), 1 c. oleo or lard and 1/2 c. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix sugar, eggs and shortening together and add water, ginger, salt and soda.
Add flour to stiffen so you can roll out (not too stiff), dough should be sticky.
