Soft Macaroons
Soft Macaroons is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. pineapple or orange sherbet, softened, 2 tsp. almond extract, 1 pkg. white cake mix and 6 c. flaked coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a large mixing bowl, combine sherbet, almond extract and dry cake mix; mix well.
Stir in the coconut.
Drop by tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart onto greased baking sheets.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
Yield: About 6 dozen.
