Soft Gingersnaps
Soft Gingersnaps is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. margarine or shortening, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. molasses and 4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream together thoroughly the margarine, sugar, eggs and molasses.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Form into walnut size (or desired size) balls.
Roll in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350Β° for 6 to 8 minutes, or until tops are beginning to turn golden.
Do not overbake.
