Soft Gingersnaps
Soft Gingersnaps is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1 beaten egg, 1/4 c. light molasses and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add the beaten egg and molasses. Add the flour, baking soda and spices.
Mix well.
The dough will be a little sticky.
Shape the dough into balls the size of a walnut.
Roll the ball in granulated sugar and bake for 7 to 8 minutes (no longer) at 350Β°.
Makes 5 dozen cookies.
