Soda Cracker Pie
Soda Cracker Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. pecans, chopped and 16 single crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat egg whites.
Add cream of tartar.
Beat until stiff.
Add sugar and beat until blended.
Crumble crackers and fold into mixture.
Add pecans and vanilla and blend.
Spray pie pan with Pam and pour mixture on.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes until light brown.
Cool completely.
Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
