Soda Cracker Pie
Soda Cracker Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. nuts (chopped very fine) and 18 soda crackers (crushed very fine), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Slowly add sugar.
Combine with nuts, baking powder, crackers, and vanilla.
Mix well.
Grease pie pan.
Pour mixture in pie pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 375Β°.
Let cool completely.
Top with Cool Whip.
Serve.
