Spray a large jelly roll pan with Pam.
Line with aluminum foil and spray that with Pam.
Put in 1 layer of soda crackers with sides touching but not overlapping.
Melt brown sugar and butter.
Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, then pour over crackers.
Bake at 400Β° for 7 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top and spread as they melt. Sprinkle with at least 1/2 cup of nuts.
When cool, break into pieces.
