Soda Cracker Cherry Delight
Soda Cracker Cherry Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 egg whites, 1 3/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 2 c. white sugar, 1 family size dream whip and 1 large can cherry pie filling, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat egg whites until frothy; add cream of tartar and beat until stiff peaks form.
Fold in crackers, sugar and nuts.
Put into ungreased oblong baking dish and bake 20 minutes.
Let cool thoroughly.
Top with Dream Whip (mix according to directions on envelope).
Then top with cherries.
Let chill for 5 hours before serving.
Great dessert to make day before you need it.
