Snowman Cake
Snowman Cake is an easy dinner. Made with cake mix and fluffy white frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Prepare your favorite cake mix.
Grease and flour 2 layer pans, one 8 x 1 1/2-inch and one 9 x 1 1/2-inch.
Divide the batter evenly between pans.
Bake as directed on package.
On aluminum foil covered cardboard, place 8-inch layer for head of snowman and 9-inch layer for body.
Frost layers, joining them together. Sprinkle with flaked coconut.
Place large chocolate wafer cookie for earmuffs.
Use semi-sweet chocolate pieces for buttons; gumdrops for eyes, eyebrows and nose.
Use rope licorice for muffler and red shoestring licorice for mouth.
