Snowcap Cheese Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) container cottage cheese (1 1/2 c.), 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water and 1 c. seedless green grapes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mash cheese together until well blended. Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve over boiling water. Stir gelatin into cheese mixture. Add grapes, nuts and chives.
Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into 1-quart mold or individual molds.
Chill 6 hours or overnight.
