Snowballs
Snowballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 1/2 oz.) cut-up dates, 1 egg, 1 c. sugar, 1 stick oleo and 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cut up dates; add oleo, egg and sugar.
Mix together in saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, about 3 minutes.
Remove from stove; add nuts and Rice Krispies.
Mix in well.
Spread on cookie sheet, lightly greased, to cool enough for handling while still warm.
Take by spoonfuls and roll into balls, then in coconut.
Makes about 45.
