In large bowl combine all ingredients except confectioners sugar.

With hands, mix until thoroughly blended.

Refrigerate dough 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375Β°.

Form dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet; bake 15 to 20 minutes or until set, but not brown.

Let stand 1 minute.

Remove to wire racks; cool partially.

Roll in confectioners sugar while still warm; roll again.

Makes about 20.
