Snowball Cake
Snowball Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope unflavored jello, 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 small can crushed pineapple and juice and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix jello in boiling water; add sugar, lemon and pineapple mix.
Let set in refrigerator until cold.
When cold, fold in 1 package Dream Whip, already whipped.
Pinch small pieces of cake. Put mixture in a large round bowl.
Later, place bowl of mixture in warm water to loosen from sides.
Turn onto plate; top with other Dream Whip, whipped.
Spread on cake.
Sprinkle coconut on top.
