Snowball Cake
Snowball Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with angel food cake, 2 pkg. knox gelatin, 4 tbsp. cold water, 1 c. boiling water and 1 c. white sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Add boiling water and sugar.
Add pineapple and lemon juice.
Let congeal slightly.
Mix 2 packages Dream Whip as directed.
Add to congealed mixture.
Break cake into bite-sized pieces.
Layer cake, gelatin mix, cake, gelatin mix, etc.
Mix other package Dream Whip and spread on cake.
Top with coconut.
