Snowball Cake
Snowball Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin, 4 tbsp. cold water, 1 c. boiling water, juice from 1 lemon and 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (retain juice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Soften gelatin with cold water.
Add boiling water, lemon juice and pineapple juice.
Mix well.
Add sugar and drained pineapple.
Mix well and chill until set.
Whip 2 packages Dream Whip (follow directions on package) and fold into gelatin mixture. Start pinching mixture into small pieces and cover bottom of pan. Pinch cake and cover mixture.
Alternate cake and gelatin mixture.
Whip the other 2 packages Dream Whip and spread over top.
Now cover with coconut.
Cover pan and chill overnight.
